Took the disco up the hills today!
Hey guys..
Well i took the ES disco today around Glasshouse mountains... (sunshine Coast) , i normally go there to ride my dirtbike.. but today decided to take the disco out for abit of a play, ive never even tried 4wd'n before.. so i was very cautious.. and probaly abit silly on my part going out with just a mate and my dog! , but we managed to have some good fun and i can see now why ppl are so into it!! its a good feeling bashing through the trails up hills.. car is scratched alot now, but haha.. that was half the fun!
one small problem, on the radiator.. top right hand side, there is a screw there.. this cracked and it was leaking from there... im just going to glue it back up, is this ok???
also, is the disco a full time 4wd? because i only used 4wd when i needed to, but when it was in normal mode.. a few times the wheels would be up in the air and the front wheels were also turning with the back...

Yes going alone can be bad and fun.
The radiator leak is that a plastic bung. If it is it's best to replace with a brass bung.
Yes it's constant 4wd but in the ruff stuff best put the diff lock in. Can be high or low.
I usually lock the diff lock at the start of the day at Glasshouse and unlock to go home.
Action 4wd forum has lots of runs out there.

If it's the plastic plug on top of the radiator replaced it with a brass bung. It's 12" thread and you can get it from Bunings or plumbing and hardware suplies for less than $2.00.
Have fun out there.
Cheers, David.
