The 200tdi screens use a rubber whereas the 300tdi's is bonded to the body (for the SRS airbags). I doubt they'd be interchangeable.

There is a heated screen available for the 300tdi: AWR3282.
Dealer list is $764 but it's nil stock in Australia (I'm surprised it's even listed in Oz).
