Well head looks fine. No blow by on the head gasket. Everything seems okay. Turbo is also very tight and does not leak at all by the looks of things :) Which all seems like good news. Will try and get the head looked at Tuesday, crack test it etc.
Okay, so I have a little up date. The injectors are out. No large cracks in the head where the injectors sit that I can see... Cost so for...
a little bit of my sanity.. why you wouldnt make the injector a threaded insert and pull out is beyond me..
It also appears that I have two small hair line cracks where the glow plugs sit in pots 2 and three... So I will take the head down tomorrow and get it crack tested and cleaned up.. hopefully with a bit of luck, all will be sorted.

no, that is a valve.. this is pics of the cylinder head once it came back from being tested..
