My mechanic, to whom i sent Disco for post-roll check-up, said I was lucky it laid on its left side. Might have had trouble if on right, or totally upside down.
I'm not techie but seems something to to with engine lay-out. (Mine is TDI 300)
    Anyone can elaborate?
BTW, it was on its side about 90 minutes.

Have a look under the bonnet. Basically a roll to the right (or upside down) is more likely to lead to spilled fluids etc). Same warnings / routine applies in any of hose events however.
It's not broken. It's "Carbon Neutral".

I am pretty sure the reset button is at 2:00 on the D2 onwards, I know my Ddefinatley does not have one. It looks like a small black rectangle with a round top. I saw one today and it was all black. You press the top down to reset the circuit.

I have read stories regarding perplexed outback mech's + owners as this button was not press after animal strike, collision rolling etc.

I suggest not rolling of course..........

Good question though, I have wondered myself.
