    TD5 Fuel Cooler Hose

    I have a leak from the Quick connector on the top of the cooler. I have uncoupled it and put it back on but it is still leaking. I looked down the hose but there doesn't appear to be an o'ring of any description. The line is the one from the regulator to the cooler. I have had the regulator replaced about a year ago.
    I am after some advice on wether I can just buy replacement hose or not. I had a look on the microcat but couldnt find a part no.

    Hi,

    I'm having the same problem. Were you able to replace the "O" ring in the hose or did you get new hoses?

    Can the hose fittings be replaced by cutting the push clip and using jubilee hose clips?

    Can anyone tell me which hose goes to fuel tank?

    Mine: Top hose goes to the fuel tank and the bottom to the engine. The workshop manual shows the top to the engine and bottom to the tank.

    Does it matter?
