The P38 remote he sells is interesting:
UNCUT RANGEROVER RANGE ROVER LAND P38 REMOTE FLIP KEY - eBay, Honda, Car Parts, Vehicle Parts Accessories. (end time 13-Mar-10 10:23:00 AEDST)

"UNCUT RANGEROVER RANGE ROVER LAND P38 REMOTE FLIP KEY"

    Then:
"This remote is compatible with most Landrover Discovery, TD5, and 75 vehicles."

    It can suit both .

Are you sure it is the Australian frequency?

Looking at Fluids pic, he has a late D2 in which case the 433MHz is correct.
Programming is the easy bit if you have access to the gear (Nanocom ? will do nicely) providing the key comes with the barcode.

Which bit though? The P38 key needs to be pre-programmed to match your car.
Order one from LR & it comes cut & ready to use.
