Thread: Disco 2 Castor Correction?

i am running a 5" lift in my D2 and i have no castor problems ,i would be checking to see if your draglink and track rod is in good working condition all the bushes and joints and i know atleast 4 other D2 running 4"lifts in oz and are not experiencing castor problems

front end needs to be in good working order also get a proper alignment and balance where they do toe in and out ect
Les Richmond does do castor correction but before spending un nessary dollars check the above

Yes as above.

I have a 4" and have none of your problems, to high a tyre pressure can cause tram linning.

I remember when I did my first lift, it was 2" I actually thought it drove better after the lift.

Thanks for the replies, I have just had a wheel alignment & tyre pressures are the same as always around 38psi.

What do you run in the front, is it 38psi

I run 4" lift and Superpro 3 degree bushes up front..

Before the bushes it was like riding a skateboard

Now its great..

Tyres are oversized on 18's running 34 front, 38 rear

5"lift, no probs, as stated above, flogged out bushes. Check the rear watts link bushes too.

mine has an 75mm lift and on the 255 55 18's its dependant on the road surface if it tracks or not. im going to 16's soon so it should get better.

Also check your tyre condition. Actually the stocker 255's on 16 are bad for it too from what I can gather.
