FOR YOUR INFOMATION MAXI DRIVE PRODUCT BEEN REPRODUCED

I have fairly badly bent my track rod on the weekend i was quite surprised it lasted that long ,it looked alot worse before we did a bush kung fu on it

now for all those who dont want this to happen to them in the middle of know where as it is a pain to drive back home especially down the Canungra rd when your disco just wants to go its own way ...... i luckily enough got hold of Dwayne at MR Automotive in Redcliffe and they are producing the MAXI-DRIVE draglink and trackrods now for the D2 so in the next week i will have another maxi-drive addition to my truck
    LONG LIVE MAXI-DRIVE
    cheers Kelvin

i heard the company maxi drive just got bought by another company so now it is like a sub company of a major company, just what i heard.have been talking a bit about maxi drive lately in auto class as my teachers son broke his maxi drive diff, the sun gears broke,so they are repairing it by getting another diff apparently this is a rare thing for this diff to do and there must have just been a bad batch of sun gears produced, just going off what other people have said

    Maxi Track Rod No Guarantee

    Hi

I replaced by bent track rod with the Maxi version from MR. Then a couple of weeks ago, I bent that as well at Jandowen Hills. Didn't even know I had done it, until I aired up and got on the road home. Have now I've fitted another Maxi rod.

Didn't try to straighten it, but I'm guessing it's a bit harder than the standard one.

    Regards
