Water in Diesel Light

It looks like a bad design to have to fuel filter near the wheel but has anyone had the fuel filter damaged????

It was one of my major worries on the Gunbarrel and Canning trip..but the 3 disco's went thu without an issue of damage to the filter or the plastic drain cap..

Tell me about the Gunbarrel and Canning stock track? was there any small or large issues with the 3 Discos?

The trip reports for both these have been posted,Gunbarrel is in the Multi state reports and the Canning is in the WA reports..

Plenty of pics etc and most peoples questions were answered in them..Short answer, nothing that stopped us..The weather tryed damn hard tho..
