    You'd have to wonder if pulling up 2.7 ton of D2 with a further 2 ton boat/caravan would be considered "heavy"

    Yep, Bendix 4WD pads work a treat. Coated with a bedding in material, will remove any glaze or disc imperfections without the need for skimming provided they aren't grooved or significantly damaged.
