Thread: Climate Control Questions

This may be a silly question but when i turn off climate control (on a hot temperature), obviously the fan stops, but there is still very hot air coming out the vents. My previous vehicles did not have cruise control and had hot cold settings and if you turned the fan off, depending on what side u had it on, reflected the temperature coming out of the vents. I hope this is still the case with cruise control, and not that the fan stops but heater still on.

The heater circuit is always flowing on a D2..

Turning off the Hevac system opens all the vents and allows the air to pass over the heater core...

Just leave the Hevac on... No point turning it off...
