Thread: Td5 problems - Dealer is stealer?

To locate TDC No1 there is a slot in the flywheel.
Have a read of this tread....

I used the shank on the correct size drill bits for pins.
Use the pin in the flywheel to hold the crank while you adjust the cam.
The cam pin is behind the gear.
Don't stress to much about the links as the pins won't drop in to the slots if it's wrong.

Double or triple check it once done.


As Blknight.aus said later heads can be used but only with the later chain set.
