    Gday all.
    The fuel cooler on my '04 TD5 Disco is not the same as in the pictures in the link supplied by Urban Panzer. It is an aluminium casting in a rectangular shape with shallow cooling fins on it and is situated under the middle of the intake manifold. Is this an improvement over the cylindrical type that looks like the inside of a steam boiler?

    I took some pics today Andy, will upload them soon. As for "being modified" only if the faries did it... I've had her since new. I can not see any cylindrical part in that area.

    It is very different than the early D2,I wonder if all D2a's have that style cooler???

    Mine is definetly the long cylinder shaped one,boiler style, 6/03 d2a
