Whew! - That's a bit of a broad general question David

Do you want to upgrade with any additional height?
Do you want to replace old for new but not genuine LR shocks?
Do you do a lot of off-road or more black-top?
Do you load the car up before a trip?
Are you running standard rims and tyres?
How much are you prepared to pay and what adjustability do you want?

There is an amazing variety available to suit your particular purpose from budget brands up to quality items like Bilsteins, Konis etc....

The technical section on this site has many options so dive in ...you might also like to discuss your needs with a retailer (ARB, TJM, Pedders etc, etc) as well. They could steer you in the right direction wrt your driving habits and preferred choice of shock??

I've had yellow and blue = very but i really like the silver ones best otherwise look at OME for a fair priced option.
