    remove rear seat headrest?

Is it possible to remove the rear seat headrests? Don't want to remove seats but thought with headrest off there may be some more room in the footwell when folded...

    Hi Aaron

Yes lift the headrest, the two plastic bits the headrest slide in turn them and lift at same time.

In the same vein does any one know how to remove the third row head rests from the roof? I have had a bit of a poke but no success. When the family go away I put in a cargo barrier and a shelf in the back so would appreciate the extra space.

Remove the trim on the roof above the opening & they are held in by a bolt.
As Pedro has said just buy a 5 seat version from a wrecker & fit into position.

I wouldnt bother with the trim, when i got mine, the bloke before had them out & I put them back. It didnt look bad. Was 2 years ago so sorry, cant remember the reverse way to take them out. But i remember the trim was taken off & a few bolts to do up from memory. quite simple.
