deja vu (HOPE NOT)
Ok after spending $5000+ on heads, water pump, new radiator, viscous fan clutch, thermostat a few months and 10,000kms ago all has been running exceptionally well. I have also installed a low coolant alarm and scan gauge to monitor all. well yesterday my low coolant sensor beeps at me after I climbed a hill and turned on engine after shopping. so immediately i check out the situation now the only place that coolant is leaking is out the overflow pipe not pouring out, just overflowing as it would be when overfill tank. I have lost no coolant previous to this.
Engine coolant temp was 89c(not hot)
recently done a few water/mud crossings,
What can possibly go wrong now

There are three things that I'd check for.
1. Is there a hose clamp somewhere that is leaking? When I had my motor rebuilt due to a slipped liner, the installer did not fully tighten a coolant hose that was feeding the LPG vapouriser unit, so it had a leak only when the engine was working under high load. This inability to fully pressurise the cooling system was causing the coolant to continually boil. So check all the clamps for evidence of coolant leaks.
2. Sniff around your air vents to see if you can smell the sweet smell of coolant. It could be the radiator core in the HVAC system that is leaking, again, causing depressurisation of the system.
3. Replace the expansion tank cap. These caps can leak if they are no longer working properly.
Get this issue fixed ASAP. These Rover V8s don't like heat.

believe me I know this the hard way.
The expansion cap is new. but will check.
It would've been under extreme load coming up hill as well, I will check all hose clamps and hoses, doesn't seem to be any smell of coolant in cab.
