D2 + Rhino Heavy Duty bars & legs

I have a Foxwing to mount on the D2. I'll be using the Rhino HD bars + HD mounting kit (31102). It allows the Foxwing to mount against the end of the bar rail, not sit on top of the bar rail. It can hang down the side of the high roof, covering the bar legs so the top edge of the Foxwing is level with the top of the bar rail, or, the mounts can be flipped 180deg, to allow the foxwing to sit a bit higher above the top of the bar rail.

I haven't purchased the bars yet.

I'm trying to keep the overal height as low as possible so I can still get down my undercover driveway, but high enough to give sufficient headroom under the foxwing, and enough height to clear the back door when it's opened. I'll be adding a narrow flat mesh tray, to carry a 1/2 width bag (with sleeping bags, air mattresses, chairs + extra Oztent panels/poles), and an Oztent will be carried on the other 1/2 of the bars. Since I need bars for the Foxwing & Oztent, I may as well utilize the spare space for the tray & bag to get some of the bulky light stuff out of the cab.

Rhino say I need the RL280 legs for a D2. I see some of you have used the RL210 legs with some minor trimming to match the roof profile.

Could some of you with the Rhino HD bars & RL legs please measure for me, the vertical height - inside base of rain gutter where the legs sit, to the top edge of the HD bar ... for the 210mm legs & 280mm legs. I already have the Foxwing, and I'll be able to calculate some overall heights to see which legs I'm going to need to acheive the required result.

I know the 280mm legs will clear the roof rails, which I have ... will the 210mm legs clear the roof rails ... or do you need to add spacers ?

Does the bar end protrube out past the mounting leg to sit level with/above the rain gutter ? Is there enough space to offset the bars to one side slightly to acheive this if not ?

Thanks!
