    cylinder inbalance td5

    Hi There
Has anyone got any clues as to why 1 cylinder on my disco via a Nanocom read shows it at -8 and the rest around 2 to 5.

wouldn't worry too much about it. These numbers can differ hugely. Just have a look at the nanocom.it website. The Td5 document has a brief description on these numbers. As long as Nanocom does not complain about injector related faults it should be good. Any probs with the engine?

the test system for balance on cylinders on a nanocom should only be judged when the car is at idel revs

Check the calibration on the injector to what the ECM is reading. There may be a chance the injector was replaced at some stage without matching it to the ECM.
