Possibly a failed injector loom with oil in it - about $100 for a replacement.

There is a fine meshed filter in the head behind the fuel regulator.

I'd sugest rechecking for any oil flushing out the harness at the ECU.
Can take a little while to "drain" out.
    Cheers, Kyle

The loom is fine, is there any chance that the fine mesh could be blocked??
