Did you use OEM engine and Gearbox mounts?

If you did then I'm leaning towards a bend in the chassis near the firewall..

OR.... The engine not sitting correctly on its mounts...

I have removed the acoustic cover. Leave it off infact - being in Australia I figure its like wearing a beanie on a hot day. My suspension is standard height.

My wife did have a frontal collision 2 years ago with a Japaneese wannabe (Disco won) but the only damage was a slightly bent front right hand chassis extension, the one the crush can bolts onto. Chassis went in a jig and got straightened. The radiator did not met the fan even, so cannot believe this is the cause. Used original Land Rover mounts, will double check if the location pins sit in the engine mounts. Looks good though and I paid attention when lowering the engine. As far as I recollect it has been at this angle.

I seem to recall when you were chasing vibrations you messed around with your mounts etc, as you have stated. If its not there (ie, new front mounts lifting it higher than older rear mount), it looks like chassis....

Do they salt the roads in Norway?......

Hi, they only use salt on the main roads, but I got my chassis well maintained and protected. Chassis rails look normal to me so I would I be able to tell if they were bend? Will check over the weekend if engine mounts are seated correctly.
