I have 245/75 muddies and the spare "just" fits and just rubs on the rear bar.
You can turn the spare holder around and modify it for the wiper (do a search, it's somewhere on here).

    Hi Guys,

I have 265/75R16's and had to turn the carrier upside down. There is a thread for it in Technical I think, but it is a simple operation. Take the spare wheel off then carefully remove the inside panel and this will expose the six nuts that hold it on behind the plastic liner. Undo all six then turn the carrier upside down, mark the two new centre holes position (the top & bottom line up), drill the two new holes and refit. Before you refit the carrier undo the rear wiper blade and reposition up the window about 100mm otherwise it will hit the top of the repositioned wheel carrier. This operation should give about 25mm extra clearance on the original position. I had already cut the liner previously to fit the UHF antenna lead out through the wiper seal (made an aerial bracket to fit the wheel carrier, no bull bar) so refitting the nuts was a bit easier. Hope this helps.
    Cheers,
    Peter.

Same as what I did, but I cut the carrier instead of re-postioning the wiper.

I flipped my wheel carrier after fitting 235/85r16's on my D2 and have had no issues with my rear wiper arm. Doesn't hit, catch, snag, or anything!

No need to flip (which places all the stresses on a single top bolt) just re-drill the holes lower and raise the bracket.

This also keeps the wheel offset to the right where it should be

Ours is flipped, and with a 285 75 16 doesn't rub the wiper.

I had BFG all terrain, 265/70/ 16. on my d2 And all i had too do was un do the two bolts that hold the rear bumper on and it drops about a cm or so, and do them back up, as it was rubbing everytime i opened the rear door.

I also found that size very good with standard height, i think a 75 would have rubbed.
