This pack enables the use of the existing cables (OEM)? and is it a CAT product I can get with the battery?

    thx

I used the screw on terminals but they are too tall for the negative side and the battery cover no longer closes. Just haven't had the inclination to change the negative lead for one with an eyelet. They are not the ideal solution in my book.

I thought there would have been an adaptor pack but my car need to be jump started to get there so I didn't want to run the risk of stopping & starting looking for the terminals. I even asked the guys there if they had anything & they weren't sure. When they suggested another type of battery saying this "should" be ok, I sort of lost confidence & wanted out of there!! No one had mentioned this battery in the other posts so I just wanted peace of mind on the recommendations.

Yes and here are some pictures of part number 4C-5637. Each battery I have bought I have been asked if I want them.

Yes they are slightly higher than other batteries however I have found that by securing the battery cover by the front screw in clip and then by the rear clips tha cover will sit in place. Yes it does have a bulge over the negative terminal but personally I am happy to live with that as I have had a good run with these batteries.

Not sure why they did not know of the screw on adaptor pack. However you ended up with a battery you are happy with and the vehicle is on the road. Good it sorted out for you.
