Can KLR Automotive in Kingswood do it? They have Autologic and Land Rover Testbook.

Its pretty simple with Nanocom, probably even easier with Testbook.

It will be under the BCU section in "security" or "programming", just follow the instructions.

As long as the key fob is new with the Barcode tag it should take less than 5 mins.

Before you do it tho, "pop" the current key open and look at the 6 figure code on the chip and make note of it. The reason for this is so you can see what "slot" its currently programmed to when you go to program the new one. It will stop you overwriting it by mistake. NOTE Testbook will show a long code, but "within" that code will be the 6 figure one you noted.

The keys can go in any slot 1 - 4. Keep the current key "out of the car" when testing the new one.

Thanks, Halil, for the opportunity to activate your PLIP.

That was the first one I've done. I hope it continues to work.

Now to find out what the other options on the D2 security page in Testbook do.
