Fuel seeping out connector on fuel pump
My td5 D2 had a minor fuel leak which i took to a mechanic. The diagnosis was new fuel lines which was done. I still notice that there is diesel leaking and have a look for myself. It appears that the fuel is seeping out from the RHS side fuel line on the top of the pump (black connector). I disconnected the fuel line and found that the seal is not on the hose but in the fuel pump itself and can only be fixed by purchasing a new fuel pump. I am just wondering if there is any ideas of how to stop this seepage and not by a new pump. Hope this made sense as it is hard to describe.
Regards
Paul
