Hahaha!
Good work! Enjoy the fruits of your labour.
Every day on every trip the 3 Amigos would come to say hello.
On engine restart they would disappear only to say boo later.
This morning I had enough and did the shuttle valve wiring mod.
I reset the fault code with the hawkeye and went for a long drive.
I think those 3 amigos have got the irrits with me and left home to go and annoy someone else with a D2. The sun ashone through the clouds today and I'm sure I saw them being beamed up towards the light.
RIP 3 Amigos![]()

Another one bites the dust, or is that three...
I've still got to get around to fitting my O2 sensors and try to get rid of my fueling adaption error code.
Good to see that you have TC, ABS and HDC working again.
Cheers

I did the same. I fixed the shuttle valves and I reset the system. With the CDL and traction control you can go anywhere
Mine have been gone for 15 months now & 6 days & 2 hrs & 4 minutes.![]()

Good luck to you! - now I'm looking for the right exorcist method….hence this question:
Is replacing the shuttle value switch with a new one better than option B? (that’s assuming that fixed the fault on the design?)

Short answer, no. Unless the switches themselves are actually faulty, this is usually not the case.
Option B fixes a "design flaw" in the printed circuit board that connects the switches to the outside world.
To explain; the usual cause for the Shuttle Valve Electrical Supervision error code is a dry joint between the two pins and the printed circuit board. These two pins plug into the switch assembly. Option B bypasses this electrical connection. You could disassemble the ABS modulator, expose the solder joints, and re-solder the two pins. Option B is a simpler repair.
Cheers
