    Digital engine monitoring thingy

    hi all,

    in a friends subaru she had a engine monitoring thingy that had info like speed, revs, engine temp, battery voltage etc

    cant remember what it was called, i have seen the madman. what is the best system monitor out there. what is recommended for the D2

    There are a couple.

    Madman is one, Nanocom is another.

    Each has various functions, but the Nanocom will also allow you to clear any faults in the cars ECU's that may appear.

    If its a V8 the scan gauge is also ok to do plenty of engine monitoring.

    It can also read and clear engine codes. ( not SLS (SLABS) codes)
