I think they may be unrelated faults as they are generated from separate ECUs? I'll have a look on my Nanocom in the morning and see if I can validate my theory.
On behalf of another d2a td5 owner- his srs airbag warning light stays on permanently. He also has the 3 amigoes constantly- are the two related? I haven't ever come across this one, I have had the fourth amigo myself (the park brake warning light) but not the SRS. Any ideas? Also- can a nanocom access the srs fault code?

seperate faults, srs you will find heeps on here using search, yellow connectors under seats and behind glovebox are usual suspects, clean, wriggle and re-connect should sort the srs light.
nanocom for the thre amigos.
I found this reference to the SRS system while looking for something else. Maybe it helps you further?
Thanks for the replies, Yorkie if it's as simple as a few yellow connectors my friend will be stoked- amazing how electrical gremlins so often turn out to be simple. on the other hand- i better touch some wood, right now![]()
Ah, interesting thread. I just bought a d2a and have had the SRS light come on intermittantly over the last coupla weeks, might go through the car with a can of elec contact cleaner.
