Hi, Sorry I only make them ON the vehicle, there are some available from Terrafirma at a very cheap price, so cheap it isn't worth me plugging in the MIG.

    Google 'Terrafirma twin shock kit'

Sorry they didn't seem to have lasted, I do tend to keep the 'over engineered' factor in the back of my mind when designing and making these things, as they need to be functional and light, NOT heavy and overdone. Did you get any pics of the failure point/s? I'd be interested to see incase I get asked to do anymore.

    Thanks,

    Hi JC, thats OK
I'll see what I can dig up. It was a while ago now, probably close to 2 years ago. I remember the passenger one was the one that really went and the whole double bottom mount tore off where it was welded onto the axle housing so there was nothing left on the housing. The drivers one had cracked almost all the way through where it joins onto the axle housing and from memory the crack ran from the outside to the inside

looks like I'll be plating the tube first, then attaching the whole lower mounting assembly to that plate IF I do another one.

    Thanks for that..

They wont fit unless you have no sway bars, the shock tower should bolt up, not too sure about the lower plate.

    This is straight from Devon4x4:

    Hello,

At this time, we do not offer a Discovery 2 variation of our mounting system and King shocks.
We are looking at a Discovery 2 kit but do not have a leadtime at this point.

    Regards,

    Devon 4x4

I just fitted twin rears to my wife's Defender 90. I tow a boat and a lot of gear when we go away so its good when loaded, but unloaded it rides like a go kart.
