First of all I have to give credit to all the members on this forum. It's a great resource for the new kid on the block to get up to speed with informative tech info and a lot of DIY "how to" notes.

We are hoping to purchase our first 4X4 this year and the discovery TD5 is a model we are strongly considering.

Is there a definitive list off all changes that went into the D2a 2003+ facelift model? Or any timeline to changes to previous models also.

So far I have read posts on:
-Head dowel's changing to steel at some point?
-D2a's saw the return of the CDL
-Brakes?
-Injector harness?
-Oil pump bolt having lock tight applied to later models?
-Different ECU mapping?
-Cosmetic changes (Headlights, grill, rear lights)

A few posts mention over 100-200 fixes that went into the D2a update models but would appreciate if anyone can steer me towards a complete list of updates/changes.
