Thread: Alloy Radiator for Td5

Hi,

I had a small leak on my D2 radiator from the the top right hand corner. I put some thread locker and hopefully it will fix for the time being until I get a new radiator.

I was thinking all alloy radiator. Allisport in uk have one for D2 Td5 for about 495 pound plus delivery.

Anyone has any experience with them and their product? Is it worth it to aupgrade to alloy radiator?

I was also thinking to get the uprated intercooler from them as well? Any thoughts?

I am about to order an upgraded intercooler and possibly a radiator as well and maybe some other bits and pieces. Try and control the EGT's a bit more.

Also going to go with the VNT upgrade for my Series 2 TD5. Should get way better performance with reliability to boot with a happier engine.
