Thread: Suspension troubles

I had suspension fitted at West Coast Suspension about 2 years ago up rated springs with a 2 inch lift and EFS shocks.

I had a problem with the passenger side shock separating from the bush and when taken back in it was replaced free of charge however after a weekend up at Jurian Bay fishing and 4wd it separated once more and washers were used to space the shock out as per a discussion on the site. Last weekend while driving a track to a fav surf site again the same shock separated from the washer. Today when i took it back to WCS after 2 years of wear they again replaced the shocks both of front with their own brand that have a bonded bush that is incased within the shock... again free of charge without a question being asked and all with a friendly helpful smile while showing me where the faults were with the EFS shock.

Talk about great service.

It is almost a shock to get service as good as that these days.
All your western friends need to frequent a shop that thinks that much of their customer service.
