Thread: fuel pump /over heated

need help anyone information . after the the car over heated couple of weeks ago due to the water hose going to the oil cooler had a small split. she would not start towed home ,sat in the garage for 4 weeks.due to work comitments. Meanwhile batt goes dead great.. old batt get a new one $$$
no pump humming when you turn it on ..do the bolb test cheack the power ect.. fix the pipe thats no more than 100mm long .get a new fuel pump not the original ..follow the instructions in the manuals. new pump follow the instructions to prime her ...great .. turn the key . 2 green lights m&s flashing shes trying to kick in no joy ..disconect batt wait 10 min try again same prob 2 flashing green lights noticed yellow light on fuel tank is showing empty ..I do have about 20ltr in the tank no joy. now..what??? trying to do everything l can to keep the $$$$ down... Help were to from here ?????????
