    Falken Wildpeak A/T01

Looking at new tyres for the D2, currently running 245/70 16 Pirelli Scorpion ATR and have been happy with them, however am after something a bit more aggressive. I was hoping for feed back from anybody that my have fitted or looked at the Wildpeaks, they seem to rate well in the US as a good all rounder.

    G'Day Mate,
I did the same thing on my D3. I went from the Pirelli Scorpion ATR's to the Falkens. They are more aggressive and a lot noisier after 20,000k's. Not as good on sand though. I haven't really had them in to much mud yet and they are pretty good in the wet.

For the price they are a pretty good tyre. Dunno if I would buy them again though mainly due to the road noise.

Just got me a set of these:

Combined with aset of second hand rims and much cheaper road tyres, and you get the best of both worlds, and i reckon over 3-4 years , lower cost.

    cheers
    Nick
