Yes, I have. It is a PITA to install. Requires a lot of holes to be drilled to mount all the brackets. But it definitely achieves the aim once done.

apart from being really expensive and lots of stuffing around i cant see the point myself. just go new shocks and 4-5"springs and dont bother? you'll get more for less. If it were me the only bits i would use from the kit are the front cross memeber spacing, and break lines, and maybe the castor plates. It will take twice as long to fit and give you less choice and performance then the tradition all in the coils lift. Ask shane at suspension stuff about the 4-5"flexi coils he makes for the D2 and you will never look back

As you have pointed out in your own post, the LRA kit includes numerous items that you would still require to source with 4" springs. These include: brake line extensions, watts linkage extensions, rear swaybar/ACE link pin extensions, castor adjustment plates, extended bump stops, cross member spacer.
The only items you wouldn't use are the spring and shock absorber spacers.
In other words a setup with 4" springs and shock absorbers, done properly, with all the other areas accounted for, would be at best the same price, but likely more expensive than the LRA kit.

    second above:

I have the full kit by Les Rich, and yes its a bit of work to get it all in but if you look at what you put in and understand why you are putting it on you will see why.

you have to look at the ace on the D2 and yes the 30mm off set rims a must also if you have not the front propshaft but if you have done what you have you will know all this.
The main point you would be putting in the kit is to get the car back to its natural proformance on and off road, you put a lot of strain on the car with such a lift.
also i point out that this lift is a replacement for a body lift as you can not do on a D2 but it picks up alot of help to mech parts in the car also

but best to talk to the boys they are realy great and answer any question.

as for how it rides I found it a much much better ride after it was all fitted and now with 33'' + 30mm off sets I can hit bends on road at speeds and she flows around it where others roll
