    Front prop shaft D2a

I all I need to replace the 3 universals, and am wondering if I need to engage the center diff lock once the front shaft is removed to be able to continue to drive.
    Thank's in advance.

Did the same thing myself for a week or so and for the same reasons. Just took it easy and really didn't notice any difference. Was grateful the D2a has a diff lock.

See the key word above If you drive normal (or hard) you're now putting all your drive down 1 single shaft (which isnt rated for full engine torque).

(Constant 4wd shares the load which helps it hold together)
