does anyone have any feedback on these two items?

    Carry Mate (AutotecnicA)

    Question

Okaaaaaay a few reads but no replies.... decided to buy both and IMHPO, i was pleasantly surprised with the quality of both. Have since travelled from melb to limestone coast and all has lasted. I have hd rhino bars x2 uptop so fitting it was a tad of a pain in the proverbial. i did buy another fitting kit as recommended by rhino but that was only good for the length of the prongs on the u bolt, as opposed to the width between the prongs AND the length, so i will see if they have any for the WxL measurements.

I initially wanted to get the rola pursuit box but got no help from rola and no suppliers had them in stock for next day turn around, so a trip to thomastown beckoned from frankston to look at the autotecnica products.

Happy to say, very impressed with the denier weight used, zips, velcro and steel frame for the collapsible cargo box. The rear wheel carrier bag was equally if not better made with a heavier denier fabric. Im assuming slightly lighter fabric for the roof top cargo bag due to the bag containing its own frame and load rating. I got the smaller bag, which was more than enough to fit in 5romak backpacks and 4junior black wolfe zleeping bags, and a couple adult sized kathmandu sleeping bags.

The rear wheel carrier fit all our nappies, wipes, pullups, couple prs hiking boots for a few kids to last a week as well as toiletries and first aid kit...etc etc...

probably the best 200$ spent...however need to purchase different kit to make use of all fittings.

    My thoughts...
