    Sunroof Guide rails cost.

    G'day.
    Just got the Phantom back from the service, which reported all clear
    While it was in I got them to check out the sunroof, which needs a pair of new guide rails.
    Part number L/EGM100192 (not sure if it's an LR part number or just their internal system)
    Been quoted $300 for the parts, and $250 appx labour.
    Does this seem right?
    If so, is it a difficult job to replace them by myself?
