You need to learn how to search properly.

Let me google that for you

The very first result points to a discussion on this forum which would have answered probably your question.

Do you get the "Yes dear" response alot OffTrack?
    Scott, short answer no.
I've got a 2 inch spring lift in mine, even when brand new at 85mm raised at the front the brake lines were fine
But OffTrack is right, it has been discussed at length in here

Never mate, whereas you seem to be told you are a muppet with alarming regularity. I guess that says something doesn't it?

Considering I've been called Muppet for going on 7 years, it's not really the same is it?

    Not really.

Google is the only sure fire way to find information on the forum. It is difficult to find stuff with the forum search, to the point it's usually not worth trying.

The good oil is a bit of a shambles and it can a bit difficult to find things but it is worth trawling through to see if there is anything useful (note to Pedro - I have been trying to tidy it up see: http://www.aulro.com/afvb/good-oil/3...3-amigoes.html )

It just means that the insult has lost its sting
I use the good oil a bit, but if I want something specific I just use the old google trick of :site:aulro.com KEYWORDS

    Usually works for me.

    yep that works too.

At some point when I have a week or two to kill (yeah right) I'll try to corral all the D2 stuff from good oil into a FAQ for the D2 forum. Problem is a lot of the really good oil hasn't made it into the good oil, so it becomes a bit of a task.

Google was a bitch to me. You must of types less words to get a hit. The hiys i got were for body lifts. And searching this site was as you say difficult.

I called amv they said yes.. I went picj up my lift from the 4wd worksop he said no need for extending lines. 101 spares also said it would be ok. So i got my answer outside of the net world.. But one of you gave a nice short answer NO. So thanks to that muppet.
