finally tracked down a hissing sound at 1200 rpm, the above is the culprit, son can push it up and it stops, I havnt been able to have a good look at it but is this section only replacable or is there an easy fix, i am assuming that there is a crack in one of the folds, any guidance would be great

Change it out for a new one Ken, should not be too exxy and readily available.
