HELP - Warning Lights - ABS, Brake, TC and HDC

After playing with and disconnecting battery cables the day before, whilst driving home last night the above 4 lights suddenly came and stayed on. I'm on a heavy training course this weekend, and apart from checking the obvious fuses and brake fluid levels as OK, don't have time to do any searching , nor do I yet have the expertise to do a diagnostic check with my Nanocom. Haven't been off road, got wet etc
Q1 - is the car safe to drive (carefully)
Q2 - any suggestions as to what might be wrong.

Orange lights your ok. The three amigos are a common visitor to D2 owners, that is abs, traction control and hdc. Not sure which is your 4th light?

The three I listed are all associated withe the abs brake modulator. There are many threads on the three amigos, fixes for some issues.

Thanks for that. I'm not getting any chimes, and the 4th light is the handbrake/brake warning light - the red one. that is why I was wondering about the safe to drive issue. I guessed it probably is related to the ABS/brake modulator - will have to get a local nanocom expert to give me some tuition.

    Hi Gavin

I'm not a full bottle expert with the nanocom yet, but I'm happy to drop over next week and give you a hand with getting some diagnostic info off the slabs ecu. I'm currently in Kal but will be back Monday pm.

    Cheers Steve

No abs with 3 amigos lights on, but brakes ok

Look for a thread called three amigos symptoms and remedy. Could be a loose wire in connector, abs sensor etc. Diagnose before doing the next step, as many causes. But basic brakes ok, just no abs function will be there.

    Don't panic ... just yet 😜

Make sure your brakes still work before traveling to far. It could be that just the ABS won't work with those lights on.

Take up Steve's offer with Nanocom advice ... it really is a clever tool to use!

I had the three amigos suddenly appear a few months ago because my ECU decided that the car had ACE and air suspension ... it doesn't and so thought there was a fault.

Made a few adjustments and cleared the faults ... no more amigos!

    Gotta love the Disco!

Fingers crossed ... it will be an easy fix.

The 4th 'friend' is there because the fault is most likely a wheel sensor hard faulting, IE open circuited. The possibility that there is also a wiring glitch is high, this can also cause the same fault.

Thanks Pedro, I am aware of the good oil, but it was more a case of I just don't have time to research this weekend and wanted to know if the beast was safe to drive in the interim.

I'd probably drive (if I HAD to) on everything but a RED brake warning light
