The only issues you'll have is that they only supply to UK/Nth Ireland and are they the right frequency?

that could be a slight issue, but seems like a good idea if you cant program the key yourself.

I thinks it's a pretty average deal. There are better options out there.

$120 for the key which looks nothing like the original. Postage back and forth also would it make less desirable.

Honestly, what would everyone do with their nanocoms.

So where are the better deals? The cheapest I could find is on eBay, where I can get a FOB from the UK for $175 plus postage, so about $200. And that is just the key so programming and cutting will be extra.

Brand new genuine key 433 MHz Britcar (UK) Ltd > Your Search Results
(I have bought 2 of these from here, one because I needed a spare, the second because I thought I lost the spare I bought. The second is still in the plastic wrapping so it might rock up to Ebay one day).

British Parts of Utah-Land Range Rover Sport LR4 LR3 LR2 Discovery Defender Freelander Genuine OEM Accessories Parts

Admittedly all are dearer but they are real deal.

For cheaper fob cases there are pile of options on Ebay.

If I was to sell the car with one legit Land Rover key and some park bench reserve I would be embarrassed and likewise if some monkey was to sell me a car with this combination I would be thinking about how many band-aid fix up half a*se jobs has he done to the car. First impressions count in my book and taking some pride in appearance is important. (I'm quite particular )

Programming could be anything from $0 - $60. Generally people are bending over backwards on this site to help out a fellow Land Rover owner and cutting a key is roughly $5.

Buy a second hand key from evilbay a new case and blank, get someone with a nanocom to program it for you

Should come out under $60 plus program cost (6 pack?)
