The dreaded M&S lights!
My D2, TD5, every so often, drops it's bundle and goes limp mode. Up come the M&S lights and the power drops off.
All I have to do is get under it and wiggle the wires on the upper half of the gear box (auto)I am guessing I have a bare wire in there somewhere.
Question is , How do I get at wires that I can only see a small portion of.
Is it the wire or the plug? How do I get at them?
Any answers would be very welcome. Regards Nick

There seams to be few of these D2's starting to rub the harness over the automatic.
All the plugs on the harnes will unplug from the auto and transfer boxes.
Some plugs will need sliding(lifting a tab) off the mounts for the harness to be moved.
The harness should be able to be feed over and down next to the box.
It's the same as they would do for removing the boxes.
Once it's hanging down it's a strip and inspect thing.
It could also be in the switch but as it seems OK after the wire wiggle you may be onto it.

Yell out if I can be of help.
Cheers, Kyle.
