 Aftermarket TD5 exhaust manifolds
What options are there for replacement exhaust manifolds for the TD5?

Any others?

I spoke with Ben recently regarding their manifolds. He has a backlog of other work and gave me a rough availability on one of these as Christmas 2014.
Do NOT get a tubular manifold made... They will not survive on a TD5.
Cast performance manifolds are the go.

SubscriberGreat list and information. I looked at all of the links, the items listed vary from $399 for a Stainless Steel Manifold to $1200 for a sports manifold.
I would have thought Stainless would be much better than cast iron, wouldn't it? But it is the cheapest, wonder why? I understand that the sports manifolds are a modified design but still.
I'm after a standard one that won't warp. Not sure what the best type would be, suggestions? Don't think I should go genuine if they warp or have they fixed this?
I have seen mechanics charge $284.90 for a machining/refacing wouldn't it be better to put on a new one that won't warp and be done with it?
That stainless one has some negative feedback on ebay. Something about poor fit and poor quality.

I think the problem is finding a new one that doesn't warp. Mine has snapped the front stud again and every now and then I can hear it leak. I am thinking I'll try the land rover tuning (top link) manifold when I get around to replacing it.

Does anyone have the guide on 'de-webbing' the factory manifold?
And has anyone tried ceramic coating the manifold and/or the exhaust housing of the turbo to drop in-bay temps (this'd probably be more adventageous for firewall mounted DBS?)
Hello,
I have quite a good tune and VNT on mine and got a plate made up by these people in the UK been running it for around a year no problems fits between the manifold and head
