They didnt say, they spent bout 5 hrs trying to find the issue.
They said the most common cause for the issue are Moisture on the circuit boards and they go. But its going great now so hopefully stays good.

I think moisture comes in from the top right corner of the wind screen behind the a pillar and into the fuse box eventually, but apparently mine did not sow water intrusion,
