I think I may investigate this, was just trying hard not to remove anything from the car if I could help it!

Thanks, you're right - the site is difficult to find products on! In the current catalog section 10 is bathroom fittings and doesn't go to 10.92 - best I could find are the door slides, is that what you were looking at?

I suspect you were in the Home rather than Trade section. You need to open either the e-catalogue in the complete furniture fittings 2012 under catalogues and brochures (link below) or download the pdf (which I have not done as it would be huge). Good luck - starts at page 10.1 then through to about page 10.102. Quite a few are grouped by type/brand and weight carrying capacity (many only to 70 kg). Page 10.83 onwards looks interesting, especially 10.88 and 10.92 with shelf (horizontal) mounting.

Ah, I downloaded a PDF that wasn't everything. Those 10.92 ones look like exactly what I want. Now to call and find out if I need to re-mortgage

Yes they are expensive, but they are well made and work

If you are half handy on the tools you could make something along the same lines, I made a tilting slide and it worked well until I reconfigured

It all depends how much you value your free time, as it takes quite a while to knock one up and get it how you want it, but it is very satisfying, especially when people ask "where did you get that?" And you can answer "I made it"

yeah, I have no doubt that they work well as the idea is good and yes I can make 1, well time is the thing of course but you can gain the same benefit by mounting your fridge on floor level and having 2 vertical stacked drawers beside it . If I did more than a couple of trips a year with the mrs, (who is a little vertically challenged! ) and had a configuration that required it , by all means yes! However I think I will just do the floor level mount. 1 must weigh usage and need against cost and its nice to have thingys

That looks interesting. I looked at those Hafele rails more closely and the rating when mounted horizontally/bottom is 25% so 100kg rating becomes 25kg so probably not good enough for a fridge slide. Think I'll have to go with something like those ones above and use some angle to mount them.

i used a set like this for the fridge slide.
    H/Duty Drawer Runners draw slides suits 4WD/Fridge Slide/Draw Systems 700mm 90KG | eBay

for the drawer i just used the blue plastic boat slider stuff from bcf, works a treat.

i have fridge on one side and single drawer on the other side, dogs sit on top of that.
