    Question Discovery 2 wheel stud thread type?

    Anyone able to confirm the thread of the wheel studs on a D2? Looks like M14 x 1.5?

    M16 is the D1/Defender/RRC wheel stud

    Disco IIs, inc. my 2003 Disco IIa, have 16 mm studs.

    Disco 3 & RRS have 14 mm studs &

    Classic RR & Disco 1 have 14 mm studs.

    This is in line with the following info on 4x4 wheel nuts Land Rover, Range Rover Sport by PRI Racing authorised distributor

    Wheel nuts for Range Rover, Range Rover Sport, Discovery, Defender. Take careful note of the listing below along with the thread size and seat type.

    DRR - Range Rover 1993-2002, Discovery 1993-2004 Note this is M16x1.5 version - Shank diameter 28.5mm, HEX 27mm

    DRR2 - Range Rover up to 1992, Discovery 1993-1998 Note this is M14x1.5 version, Defender 90-110 - Shank diameter 28.5mm, HEX 27mm

    DRR1 - Range Rover 2002-2005 - M14x1.5 - Shank diameter 20mm, HEX 22mm

    DRR3 - Range Rover (inc. Sport) 2006>, Discovery 3 - M14x1.5 - Shank diameter 22.5mm, HEX 22mm

    Thats is all rubbish

    Seeing's I'm on AULRO not pirate i won't go all noob bashing on you.

    Anything LR with a 5x120 PCD has 14x1.5mm wheel studs (dunno about freelanders, not even sure what PCD they have).

    As per Jnr...

    D1 and RRC 5 on 165mm 16mm

    D2, P38, D3, D4 & RRS are 5 on 120 pcd and 14mm studs
