    cutting the guards

Just be aware that the guards and panels are aluminium. So to make sure you don't end up possibly maiming or killing someone or yourself use the right discs etc.

Depending on which discs you use they could shatter if your using the wrong discs on alloy.

Ive just cut guard flutes out of mine.

I found the 1mm cutoff discs to burn the edges and cause the paint to lift. I used a jigsaw after that and got a nice cut that was very accurate with no burns.

Mask up, then mask over again to make sure you dont scrath the duco..

Just like to mention that the Les Richmond flairs are still not wide enough for the 16x8 dynamics wheels and 33" my tires still stick around 1cm out so looking at an alternative solution.

    What offset are your dynamics?

I run 18 x 9's at a positive 32mm offset with 33 x 12.5 tyres (they measure just over 13" wide) and they fit under the guards with no issues.

What width tyres are you running? And what offset wheels?

I currently have 285 / 75 R 16 (33") and they pretty much fit inside the standard flares that came fitted on the HSE with the 18" wheels. My rims are +30mm offset. The LRA flares are larger and so would cover them even more!
