SupporterHi all, the splines in the arm and on the shaft have worn (flogged out)
so the shaft turns inside.
Anyone have a quick fix e.g. ULTRALOK 3641

Used this method on splines a few times and its worth a try after epoxy and more torque have been tried its bust already so no great loss.
300tdi late model motor is the same as early td5 could also be another option.
Drill through both arm and shaft either from side or straight down to hit both parts and pin with a suitable roll pin or solid pin.
Drill through arm then tap hole and screw in small bolt
