    Lack of Headlights

I wired up my light bar yesterday - no problems, all working fine.

This morning I come out to the car and no headlights. Interior dash lights work no problem, car 'bongs' at me with the door open when the stalk is set to headlights on and no full beam either. Rear lights work OK as do indicators so fair to assume it's not the stalk?

I've 'checked' the fuses (i.e. 5 and 22 for the front) but the seem fine.

Where should I go from here/look now please?

How did you wire the lightbar in? Which circuit did you use? Did you use a relay and fuse it ? or wired direct?

Used a switch and relay off the main beam. There is a 40A fuse in engine bay that's gone (literally just seen that).

I think I must have shorted it this morning switching the pins on dash switch but didnt realise there was another fuse under the bonnet. Just checked in car.

oki so that wiring system should not have overloaded the lighting circuit. But it does appear as if a fuse has gone somewhere , do you have hi beam flash? It operates independently of the main lighting circuit so is a useful stalk switch test. I put my 2c on a fuse!
    Cheers Scott
