    I had simalar issue with mine when doing egt probe fitting. Managed to drill out and put a bolt through. Problem I am having even with hi temp gasket goo I cannot get a good seal and afraid to tighten the one bolt too much.
    Only issue I am now at Uluru so have to live with it for now.

    The nuts on the manifold to engine didn't seem that tight taking them off, the 3 nuts on the the exhaust pipe side however needed a tap with the hammer to loosen. I'm pretty confident they won't break ..
